  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in the event of incorrect details, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are listed in CAD and may include applicable taxes and fees.

  • Payment terms must be met as agreed at the time of purchase.

  • Any bulk or special orders may require a deposit before processing.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Regular customers – Customers are provided a refund on any unopened dry packaged items except Meat and Produce.

  • Wholesale system/ Business account – No refund policy for meat and produce items. For all other products, if customers are not satisfied store will provide them with a store credit.

7. Halal Compliance

  • All products are Zabiha-certified and meet halal standards in Canada.

  • We are committed to sourcing, handling, and delivering products in accordance with halal principles.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Prime Nation Foods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery, though we strive to maintain consistent availability.
